Not legal advice
The Site provides general information about privacy, technology, and the law. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as such. Privacy law varies by jurisdiction and changes frequently, and whether any particular law or right applies depends on specific facts. Nothing on the Site is a substitute for advice from a lawyer who knows your situation. Information on the Site may be out of date, and we have no obligation to update it.
No attorney-client relationship
Using the Site, reading its content, or contacting the Firm through it does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and the Firm or any of its lawyers. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when the Firm has agreed in a written engagement agreement to represent you. Until then, the Firm has no duty to you, is not your lawyer, and may represent parties whose interests are adverse to yours.
Sending us information
We welcome inquiries, but please do not send us confidential, sensitive, or time-critical information until we have confirmed in writing that we represent you. Unsolicited information sent before an engagement is formed may not be treated as confidential or privileged, and sending it does not prevent the Firm from representing another party. If you have a matter that involves a deadline, such as a statute of limitations, do not rely on an inquiry through the Site to protect it.

This Site may be considered attorney advertising under the rules of some jurisdictions. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do, and your continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
